Rate Resorts & Rooms
Allow users to rate and provide feedback on DVC resorts and rooms. This way others that haven't stayed at a particular resort or a specific room type can get firsthand feedback before booking.

Report Current Prices
Allow buyers and sellers to see average prices for the past 30 days. Sellers can see this when creating a sale in order to determine the current market price of their points and buyers can get an idea of relative pricing. This would only be for point rentals and possibly broken down by various aspects such as home resort, etc.

Allow Book Vacations to Be Auctioned
Allow sellers to auction a booked vacation. This would be a silent auction where the seller sets the starting bid and then buyers can submit a single bid. The buyer bids are only visible to the seller.
